The LTTP3 Linux project PCB is the baseboard for the Tibbo Project System , it has the following specifications
- 1GHz Cortex-A8 Sitara CPU
- 4 UARTs
- 2 CAN Controllers
- RTC with backup supercapacitor
- 10/100 Base-T Ethernet
- 51 I/O Lines
- 512MB DDR3 RAM
- 512MB NAND Flash
The baseboard is divided up into a regions, into these regions you can place Tibbits® which allow you to have I/O capabilities dependent on your application, there’s an extensive range of modules available, and we’ll cover them in more detail. In total you can have upto 14 Tibbit modules and their associated connector modules. It’s as simple to use as LEGO.
There are a variety of purchase options for the LTTP3 baseboard, the cheapest has no licensing for Tibbo’s own Embedded AggreGate application (Tibbo’s IoT integration platform) with options for the following levels of AggreGate licensing, AggreGate no tags, AggreGate with 100, 200, 500, and unlimited tags. More info on AggreGate can be found here.
There are some restrictions on what Tibbits can be used at each slot, however Tibbo have this covered with an on-line configuration tool, here’s a simple example from the configuration tool.
You can clearly see the Tibbits in place on the Linux Project PCB.
